The Film & Television industry is growing rapidly throughout British Columbia and here at home, on Vancouver Island. With planned facilities, film skills training and professional management services, at Carrow Kaese Casting, we are optimistic that this exciting growth will continue.
Ahead of every rolling camera is a casting process. It involves working closely with Directors and/or Producers to fully understand the elements of each character and to be able to define and articulate them. Within established budget parameters, we then reach out to the acting community to find the skills, the look and a performer’s intangible connection to a role that will help carry a story. As Casting Directors, we have the ability to recognize new talent and to utilize established talent in new and interesting ways and always with a view to the success of the finished product in whatever visual form that might take.
Part of the casting process involves building relationships with Talent Agents which help to facilitate the negotiation process for either union or non-union performers. Inherent in this process is an in-depth understanding of contracts, legislation and industry practices.
At Carrow Kaese Casting, we provide skilled, knowledgable and proven Casting Services. We are excited by the projects in front of us and the growing community we are part of. We welcome opportunities to provide professional casting services for your project.
